What about pricing? Do you have a minimum order? What are your payment terms? What happens if an item I ordered is not available? Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want it? How long will it take to receive my order? Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box? Can I ship my order to a diffferent address?

What about pricing? All prices are subject to change without notice. We have listed the highest price for our products; but prices go down with quantity.
What's your minimum order? $50.00 minimum purchase required on all orders. Under minimum charge is $8.00. Note: If you are ordering merchandise for a sample we will refund the $8.00 under minimum charge if you re-order within 30 days.
What are your payment terms? Orders can be paid Visa, Master Card, or American Express. Companies may apply for credit by completing an ACP credit application. All open accounts agree to pay within 15 days with a 2% discount if pay within 10 days. All first orders are pre-paid. Allow 4-6 weeks for approval. WE DO NOT SHIP COD.
What happens if an item I ordered is not available? Will notify you via phone, or e-mail. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives:
Offer an ALTERNATE selection.
Offer a BACKORDER and a new estimated delivery. We can either ship the items we have in stock or hold the entire order and ship it complete.
Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want it? Returns: All sales are final. Returns accepted only if merchandise is defective or shipped incorrectly. Return must be made in the same packaging in which it was received. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. A request must be made by phone, or in writing, for a return authorization number. If items must be returned for any other reason, there is a 20% restocking fee. Damaged Items: If you receive damaged items, notify UPS immediately. Keep the items in the original carton and packing. UPS may want to see this when they inspect the damage. Then notify us and we will handle the claim for you. We will either replace the items or credit your account for the damaged items.
Shipping FAQs
How long will it take to receive my order? We try to ship same day when order is placed before 12:00 noon central time. All other orders usually ship within 24 hours FOB Buffalo Grove, Illinois. UPS ground service plus handling fee is at the purchasers expense. Special shipping is available. We will ship overnight, 2nd or 3rd day per your request. But, due to the nature of many of our products, (being bulky and oversized) shipping can become very expensive and we are not responsible to confirm shipping prices with you.
Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box? No. The vast mojority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery.
Can I ship my order to a different address? Yes. When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to.
How are shipping charges calculated? Shipping charges vary according to product type, and weight and destination.
